SMS/Text Message Health Communications Program

By opting in to TogoHealth's SMS health communications program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Description

TogoHealth offers an SMS-based health communications program that delivers healthcare-related messages to opted-in patients. Messages may include appointment reminders, care updates, wellness information, follow-up instructions, and other communications from your TogoHealth provider team.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 4–8 text messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your care plan, upcoming appointments, and relevant health updates.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TogoHealth does not charge for sending messages, but standard carrier rates apply to messages received.

Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TogoHealth related to your healthcare, appointments, and wellness. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or any purchase.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time by visiting our website.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

HIPAA Compliance

TogoHealth's messaging program is designed to comply with HIPAA regulations. We do not include protected health information (PHI) in text messages unless you have provided explicit authorization. Messages are limited to general appointment reminders and wellness information.

Modifications

TogoHealth reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
